I so love the three suitcases, massing them together like that brings their graphic quality up to a 10! Great props. I enjoy your photographs, too. And, the sewing ideas. Good inspiration.

what a great collection! I've missed reading your blog...your photography is beautiful, by the way.

They all remind me of my younger years... and guess what? they all survived baggage claim MUCH better than the soft-sided luggage of today!

oh, what a great steal!

I'd love to have that kind of vision. I like your style!

You were definitely right in snagging those off the shelf! I love the mustard and strawberry with the blue. Such a bright pop of fun color with vintage flair!

I want to thank you for your half apron tutorial. I made one Saturday and posted a picture today. Your instructions were easy to follow and mine turned out great! Thanks Very much!

I love an old suitcase! I have one in my room that's been waiting 2 years to have it's insides refinished.

the top photo is lovely! how big is the blue case? i could see a cute little babe sitting/laying in it! you could fill the insides of the lower suitcases with items to give them more support and weight and prop something up behind them so they don't topple over. the pic would be a cute birth announcement! "our new little bundle of joy just arrived!"

We had one like the yellow one, I think it was blue. I remember it being very hard and had a silk fabric lining.

How fun! Can't wait to see how you use these in your shots!
