THE BRIDE LOVED IT AND GOT ALL TEARY-EYED!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Crystal! You are getting a REAL thank you note - but I just had to let you know the package arrived safely just a couple days ago and brought us such great joy. This unexpected, heartfelt gift is a stand-out, memorable blessing on our new life together. I feel I am the luckiest newly-wed girl in the world. All my love and thanks, Erin

I know about the snowtowns in NY...I live in one.

BTW~ My son is stateside as of tonight...home from his second deployment. He joins his sweet wife tomorrow afternoon. Out of 500 days of wedded bliss, they have been apart for more than 200 days. Imagine that tomorrow will be a special day for them.

I like the tag in the TP pocket.
:)

biscotti recipe please! Mine is always a flop..

Fabulous gift! I love almost anything with a story behind it. I must admit that I am not a blog reader. I have several friends who are terrific writers that blog frequently and I read them only occasionally. I just can't get into them - until now! I discovered your blog a week or so ago while looking for instructions on painting a lace dresser. I found what I was looking for and so much more. I am originally from Syracuse, NY and now live in Asheville, NC. Thank for providing lots of inspiration! I look forward to every post.

Those are great ideas! Come on New York wasn't that bad. Eating cheese puffs with the small cadbury eggs became an all time favorite of mine. That apartment, well it was pretty bad, but there were some good times there!
